  14. I would like to begin learing C++  
  15. I have the subject software, version 7 or 7.1 (I don't recall).  I 
  16. aslo have the Windows Software Develeper's Kit add-on.  Yet, things have 
  17. changed so rapidly, I wonder if I can use this (a) to learn skills 
  18. appropriate to future needs; and (b) write programs appropriate to 
  19. present tasks.  Any advice will be appreciated (even if I don't like it)
